The house rules
Short, fair, and here so there are no surprises on either side.
Booking & deposits
A card on file is required to reserve your appointment. You are not charged until your service is complete.
Select services and packages may require a deposit at booking, applied to your total.
Cancellations
Please give at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Life happens, and we would rather move your appointment than lose you.
Cancellations inside 24 hours may be charged 50% of the service price.
No-shows
Missing an appointment without notice may be charged the full service price.
Repeat no-shows may require prepayment for future bookings.
Late arrivals
We hold your appointment for 15 minutes. After that we may need to shorten your service so the next guest is not affected, or reschedule you.
Shortened services are charged at full price.
Refunds
Services are non-refundable once performed. If something is not right, tell us within 7 days and we will make it right.
Packages are non-refundable but fully transferable to someone else.
Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Before your treatment
Stop retinoids, exfoliating acids, and prescription actives at least 5 days before any peel, dermaplane, or wax.
No sun exposure, tanning, or self-tanner for 2 weeks before a treatment.
Tell us about any recent Accutane use, cold sores, active breakouts, pregnancy, or new medications — these change what is safe to do.
After your treatment
Wear SPF 30 or higher daily. This is not optional after a peel or a dermaplane — it is what protects your results.
Avoid heat, heavy workouts, and swimming for 24 to 48 hours.
Do not pick or peel flaking skin. Let it release on its own.
Guests & children
The studio is a small, quiet space. Please come alone unless you have arranged otherwise.
Clients under 18 need a parent or guardian to consent in person.

What you do at home is half the result
Every treatment here comes with a plan for the days that follow — what to use, what to skip, and when to come back. SPF 30 or higher daily is not optional after a peel or a dermaplane; it is what protects the work we just did.
